Messages run on a prepaid wallet in plain credits. You see the audience size and the credit estimate before you confirm a send. Run out mid-campaign and it pauses, then resumes after top-up — it never fails half-sent. On account closure, 80% of an eligible unused purchased balance is refundable and 20% is retained toward integration costs. Promotional credits have no cash value; balances below ₹100 are not refunded.

No. Start the 14-day trial with your mobile number, verify the OTP, then add your name and salon name. No card and no automatic charge. When it ends, the account moves through the approved grace/read-only flow; trial expiry itself deletes nothing. Dormant account erasure follows the separate 24-month inactivity policy with 48 hours' notice.
You pick a duration and pay, or your account keeps full access through a short grace period and then goes read-only. A trial ending deletes nothing, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing it. Your data stays until you close the account, or until 24 months pass with no bookings, no invoices and no sign-in — and we email you 48 hours before that.
You can stop any time — the 14-day trial simply ends and never auto-charges. Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed duration, so instead of a rolling cancellation there is a refund window: 14 calendar days from your first paid activation, once per salon. The Refunds page lists the exact exclusions.
Yes. Pick a different duration whenever you like — the change takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, so nothing is pro-rated mid-period and nothing is lost. Your data and settings carry across untouched.
