Book by voice and run your calendar
To book by voice, speak the appointment naturally — client, service, time, stylist — and Salowa drafts it for you to confirm. The calendar view then runs the day: drag to reschedule, mark arrivals, and record no-shows so the analytics stay honest.
Say a booking out loud, review the draft, and run the whole day from one calendar. Nothing is ever auto-booked — you always confirm.
Tap the raised + in the middle of the tab bar, choose Voice booking, then tap the mic and say it naturally: “Priya, hair spa, tomorrow 4 pm with Anjali.”
Tap Create draft booking. Salowa builds a draft — client, service, when, stylist, notes — with each row correctable inline. Nothing books without your confirmation.
Tap Confirm booking. Only then does it land on the calendar, and the appointment screen offers the channels — WhatsApp among them — to send the client their confirmation.
Run the day from Appointments: switch between Day, Week, Month, List and Board, and narrow the grid with the staff dropdown.
Running late? Long-press a booking card and drag it to a later slot — it snaps to 15-minute steps — then send the client the new time from the appointment itself.
Say it once. Check the draft. Then it books.
Step 1 of 6: Everything you create starts at the raised + in the middle of the tab bar.

Step 1 of 5: Day, week, month, list or board. Empty slots stand out for walk-ins.
